CIfA Scottish Group Student Representative
The CIfA Scottish Group (SG) committee are looking for a student to come and join our committee in an advisory role. Our committee currently consists of nine members who come from all different parts of the professional heritage sector. We are keen to get a student representative on board to help advocate and advise us on issues that you and your fellow students feel are relevant to you now, and as the next generation of heritage professionals!
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is committed and passionate about Scottish heritage to learn about CIfA and professional heritage in Scotland, and to help frame the direction of future CIfA and SG work.
Commitment: The post is for 1 year per individual, with approximately four committee meetings per year plus an AGM. All meetings can be attended virtually.
Key requirements: You must be studying at a Scottish Higher Education Institution for either a single or joint honours or a taught post-graduate degree (i.e. Masters) in Archaeology or heritage-related course.
To apply: Applicants should fill in the form below and send it to Megan Keates groups [at] archaeologists.net by midnight Tuesday 31 of January.
