Meg Keates

Meg started as CIfA’s Membership Engagement Coordinator in January 2020 and focuses on developing and implementing effective engagement strategies, particularly through CIfA’s groups network. She is also looking at developing CIfA’s volunteering opportunities to provide members with more opportunity for Continuing Professional Development and improve communication about the work the Institute carries out for the profession and general public. Meg graduated with honours in Archaeology and Ancient History from Newcastle University in 2019 and has a background in local government democracy, organising volunteers, committee work and brand management.
