Are you interested in promoting professional archaeology to the professionals, raising awareness to current and topical issues, and providing IfA members with a great quarterly read? IfA is looking for a temporary editor to deliver four issues of The Archaeologist magazine over the next year and to assist in the production of the IfA Yearbook and Directory 2015.
IfA are looking for a motivated, committed and experienced editor to plan, develop and deliver the next four issues of The Archaeologist magazine, from June 2014 (or earlier if possible) through to June 2015. You need to be a self-employed or freelance contractor (preferably MIfA) able to commit 45 days over the next year to deliver the magazine on-time and within budget. An additional five days is required for support on the IfA Yearbook and Directory 2015. The roles can be combined to 50 days editorial support.
