We have an opportunity for volunteers to join CIfA’s Human Osteoarchaeology SIG committee.
The group is a CIfA Special Interest Group representing the interests of professionals who work or have an interest in the area of osteoarchaeology and burial studies. The group, formed in 2018, will aim to promote standards and good practice for the excavation, treatment, conservation, analysis and curation of human remains and funerary archaeology from the historic environment.
The Group has vacancies for three Ordinary committee members (open to any grade of CIfA membership).

Volunteer opportunities with CIfA are not paid but we do cover the cost of reasonable travel expenses.
